Customers may text our published business number with questions about modular homes, pricing, quotes, availability, scheduling, order-related matters, delivery coordination, or customer support.
When a customer texts us first, an AI assistant may respond initially to help answer the question. If the customer wants to speak with a person, they may request a human agent. A human agent will then respond within that same conversation.
We do not use this number to send marketing messages, promotional campaigns, or unrelated outbound text messages. We only reply within customer-initiated conversations unless separate consent is obtained for another purpose.
